When certain experiences still carry weight.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP…

You may be aware of certain experiences from your past, and they still show up in your reactions, emotions, or stress levels. Even when you can talk about what happened, it may continue to carry weight.

You don’t want those experiences to keep shaping how you feel or respond. You want them to have less impact on your present life.

Brainspotting is a trauma therapy shown in clinical studies to significantly reduce PTSD symptoms, with early research suggesting effectiveness similar to EMDR.

Brainspotting Therapy in Westminster & Across Maryland

We provide brainspotting in Westminster, MD and virtual therapy throughout Maryland for adults seeking support with trauma and emotionally charged experiences.

Brainspotting is a focused therapeutic approach that uses eye position to help identify and process areas where emotional experiences may be stored in the brain and body. By maintaining visual focus on specific points, clients can access and work through material that may not fully resolve through talk therapy alone.

Brainspotting can support processing both major traumatic events and experiences where emotions did not feel safe or fully expressed. It is often integrated with talk therapy and can be provided in person or through telehealth.

Our focus is on helping reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences so they no longer feel as present in daily life.
