We provide mental health therapy in Westminster, MD and virtually throughout Maryland for individuals who are in recovery or working through addiction-related challenges.

We are not an addiction treatment provider; however, our therapists are experienced in supporting clients through the emotional and mental health aspects that often accompany recovery. This may include addressing underlying concerns, building coping skills, and strengthening emotional regulation.

When appropriate, we can coordinate care with specialized addiction treatment programs or other providers to support a comprehensive approach.

Our work is individualized and centered around your goals, stage of recovery, and overall well-being.
